Training and experience

Asieh Completed the GDL (graduate diploma in law) and LPC from Bpp law school and qualified as a solicitor in 2011.

Asieh joined Stowe’s London office in September 2023.

Specialisms

Asieh covers all aspects of private family law. She has a depth of experience as a family lawyer, specialising in financial remedy proceedings, arrangements for children, (including internal and international relocation) as well as domestic abuse.

Approach

Asieh always ensures that she achieves the best possible outcome for each of her individual clients, by firstly ensuring the client’s objectives are clearly understood.

She is empathetic, friendly , calm and approachable.

Accreditations, memberships & awards

Asieh successfully represented applicant mother in the reported case of M v F 2015 -Removal from jurisdiction to northern Cyprus. A case which was published.

Asieh is a member of Resolution. As a member of Resolution, Asieh advocates an amicable and constructive approach to family law matters.

Outside of work

Asieh is on the Board of Trustees of a registered  Charity in England and Wales called LSCF who provide essential support for disadvantaged children and families worldwide.
