Claire advises clients on a broad range of family law issues and specialises in complex and HNW financial disputes on divorce. She has extensive experience dealing with cases involving companies and business assets, pensions, farming assets, third party interests, overseas assets and trusts.  Claire’s cases have included high profile business and banking executives, politicians and landed gentry.

Claire is a member of Resolution.

Claire adopts a focussed, determined and efficient approach to achieve her client’s objectives in a cost efficient and strategic way. As a member of Resolution, she is committed to dealing with cases constructively and with empathy and compassion. Claire prides herself on being approachable, responsive and delivering the highest standard of client care.

Training & employment

Claire studied in Birmingham and qualified as a Solicitor in 2006.  She has over 15 years’ experience in family law and spent 10 years working in London at a major Legal 500 rated firm with a national reputation for family law and human rights.  Claire returned to Birmingham in 2017 and prior to joining Stowe, worked in a legal 500 rated niche city centre practice that specialises in a UHNW financial remedy cases. Claire joined Stowe Family Law’s Birmingham office as a Partner in July 2021.

Outside of work

Outside of work, Claire enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and exercise.
