Filomena is experienced in dealing with all aspects of family law including Divorce, Nullity, Judicial Separation, Financial Proceedings, Family Law Act Proceedings, Children Act Proceedings and cohabitation disputes. Filomena regularly deals with Child Arrangements Orders which include making arrangements in respect of children as to where and with whom they are to live with, whom they are to spend time and where and how often.

Filomena remains client focused and where possible she represents her clients at Court but, always ensures that Court proceedings are the very last resort. Filomena is keen to resolve matters in the most sensible and cost-effective way possible.
Training & employment
Filomena studied at Anglia Ruskin University undertaking both her Law Degree and the Legal Practice Course. Filomena has worked within family law since 2012 and has continued to specialise in this area of the law since qualifying as a Solicitor in 2016. She is now a Team Leader Partner at Stowe Family Law’s Chelmsford office.

Outside of work Filomena is kept busy with her young family and enjoys the outdoors.
