Specialisms

Josephine is experienced in a wide range of private family law matters, including divorce and finances, cohabitation matters, domestic abuse and private children. In addition to this, Josephine is also well-versed in pre and post-nuptial agreements, as well as cohabitation and separation agreements.

Josephine gives clear and practical advice providing clients with the knowledge required to ensure they can make the best decisions in their individual situations. She prides herself on going above and beyond for her clients. Josephine is approachable, empathetic and pragmatic, no matter what the situation.

Training and experience

Josephine has a degree in Politics from Goldsmiths University and completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at Oxford Brookes University.
She joined the Thames Valley team in May 2024. She qualified as a solicitor in 2018 and has specialised in family law since the start of her career. Prior to joining the firm, Josephine worked for firms in Oxfordshire and Warwickshire.

Josephine is the vice president of the Berks, Bucks and Oxfordshire Law Society and is on the Oxford Resolution Committee.

Outside of work

Outside of work Josephine is a keen gardener and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
