Khadiza Ahad

Specialisms

Khadiza has assisted clients in a variety of matters at all levels of litigation ranging from Children Act proceedings to Matrimonial Finances, as well as Divorces and Domestic Abuse cases. She has gained significant experience in attending and advocating for clients at court having represented them, both as Applicant and Respondent, before Judges of all levels, often in complex hearings.

Khadiza joined Stowe’s St Albans office in June 2024.

Approach

Khadiza’s passion for helping people enables her to approach every case with sensitivity and make the best out of a difficult situation that clients often find themselves in. She believes in being pragmatic from the outset and ensuring that clients are kept informed throughout every stage of their case. She delivers her service in an easy to understand manner and represent clients from all walks of life. Khadiza takes pride in bringing about a positive outcome for her clients in the best way possible.

Training and experience

Khadiza studied Law at Brunel University and then went on to complete a Master of Laws and the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law. She began her career in Family Law in March 2020, training in a busy full-service North London based Family Department and qualified as a solicitor in November 2021. She has been working as a Family solicitor since and joined Stowe in June 2024.

Outside of work

Khadiza enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, cooking and volunteering for local charities. She also likes travelling and has a keen interest in visiting historical places.
