Lauren Roche

Training & employment

Lauren studied at Cardiff University and obtained her Law Degree in 2012. She subsequently completed her post graduate studies at Cardiff University in 2014. Lauren then worked for a specialist family law firm in South Wales, taking the role of Director, before moving to a national top 70 firm based in Cardiff. Lauren joined Stowe Family Law’s South West & Wales team in September 2022, based out of the Cardiff office.

Specialisms

Lauren has a particular interest in complex matters relating to children, dealing with issues relating to domestic violence, fact-finding hearings, the appointment of a children’s guardian, parental alienation, parental conflict and applications involving grandparents.

Lauren also deals with all aspects of relationship breakdown to include divorce, cohabitation disputes and domestic abuse injunctions.

Approach

Lauren adopts a robust and pragmatic approach to resolving family law problems. Her advice is constructive, realistic and fair in order to help her clients navigate what can sometimes be an overwhelming process.

Outside of work

In her spare time, Lauren enjoys catching up on the latest releases on Netflix and (Welsh weather permitting), getting outside in the fresh air for long walks.
