Day to day role

Lauryn supports the lawyers preparing draft documentation, completing applications and any necessary searches, collating documents to accompany Form E’s and producing court bundles. She liaises with clients and the court, diarising all relevant dates in the lawyers’ diaries and generally assisting lawyers with tasks on a day to day basis.

Career History/Experience

During Lauryn’s second year at university she volunteered for a law clinic assisting with benefit tribunals, preparing cases for clients and presenting their submissions to court. Lauryn graduated in 2020, gaining employment as a fee earner in a family law firm. She has experience dealing with family law matters including child arrangements, wills, divorce and non molestation orders.

Outside of work

Lauryn enjoys spending time with friends and family as well as travelling and cooking
