Training and experience

I commenced my legal career as a paralegal at Duncan Lewis Solicitors in 2012. I successfully completed my training contract at the firm, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2015. I continued my legal career at Duncan Lewis where I also supervised a team of junior lawyers. In 2023, I joined Crisp & Co Solicitors as a Senior Assistant Solicitor. I joined Stowe’s St Albans office in December 2023.

Specialisms

I specialise in Divorce, Separation, Financial Relief, Nuptial Agreements, Private Children Act matters and Domestic Violence.

Approach

My approach is very client focused, ensuring my clients feel supported and have a realistic expectation of the outcome of their case. I understand that for most clients, going through the breakdown of a relationship and issues in connection with it, is likely to be one of the toughest periods of their lives. I am keen to ensure my client’s needs are prioritised, they feel supported and a conciliatory, swift resolution is achieved where possible.

Accreditations, memberships & awards

I am a Resolution member and hold the Resolution specialist accreditation in Children Law and Complex Financial Remedies. I hold the Law Society Advanced Family Law accreditation for Domestic Violence and Children Law. I have received Legal 500 recommendations in 2021, 2022 and 2023.

Outside of work

I enjoy keeping fit through boxing, running and going on long walks. I also spending quality time with my family and friends and relaxing through painting / drawing or a good series to binge on.
