Rosalyn is a senior associate work in our Chelmsford office.
Specialisms
Rosalyn specialises in divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships, cohabitation disputes, financial remedy, separation agreements, cohabitation agreements, nuptial agreements, children arrangements and disputes, domestic abuse injunctions, and change of name deeds. She particularly enjoys Court advocacy in both Children Act and Financial Remedy proceedings. Additionally, Rosalyn has experience in Children Act proceedings involving relocation requests within the jurisdiction of England and Wales, as well as acting for grandparents and other family members outside of the parents of the child.
Approach
Rosalyn works in a non-confrontational manner, aiming to empathise with clients to ensure they feel comfortable. She reassures clients while setting clear expectations and providing as much information as possible, enabling them to make informed decisions.
Training and experience
Rosalyn qualified as a Solicitor in April 2009 and worked in firms located in Essex. After taking a career break and working in the publishing industry for five years, she returned to a firm in Essex. She uses the skills and business knowledge gained during her career break in her role as a Solicitor. Rosalyn has 10 years PQE in family law.
